Too lazy to wash your face at night? Me too.

One of a travelin’ beauty’s best friends is makeup wipes. Words can not express how much I love these things, y’all. They are just SO practical. They take up very little space and are an all-in-one when it comes to makeup removing and cleansing the skin. Take Lumene’s Sensitive Touch Cleansing Wipes.

I have been in LOVE with these and they’ve been coming in handy on my road trips.

Have you heard of Lumene before? This Finland brand can be found at Sears, CVS and Giant Eagle. I am still taking baby steps with playing around with some of the products, but the wipes have stolen my heart. For $2.99 you can get a pack of 25 wipes that remove makeup easily and thoroughly. And by easily, I mean these wipes can remove waterproof mascara. And y’all know that is never an easy task.

A clean wipe before…

Mascara and liner GONE!

I’m also lovin’ how these wipes are alcohol-free and gentle enough for sensitive skin. Granted I’m super spoiled by my own cleansers, but it’s cool to know that if I’m too lazy to use ’em, I can swipe this across my face and KNOW that it’ll remove everything.

Plus you can’t beat the price. $2.99 isn’t at all a bad deal. Have you seen Lumene products around? Whatcha think?

  • I used a baby wipe to remove my makeup tonight and feel gross AND was hoping something like this came my way. I’ll be at CVS first thing in the morning.

  • wow nice review! i usually use baby wipes but they dont clean off all my makeup! thanks for the review!! gonna try this next!

Yeah, give this a whirl. I think you’ll love it. I used to use baby wipes for the longest too but they never removed everything.

I may give those a try. I’ve been using E.L.F. makeup removing wipes and those things are freakin awesome. They remove makeup in one fell swoop and it’s doesnt irritate my dry eczema skin. Only thing is the website is the only place where I can buy it. ordering anything on their website takes forever to be delivered to my house. The wipes are still cool tho.

    • Brittany

Realllly? And those e.l.f. wipes probably cost nothing, uh? I love that brand.

They’re regular $3 from their studio line and come in a pack of 20 wipes. They had a sale a couple of months ago where everything from that line was 50% off! Yes I racked up on those!

          You scored a super deal!

  • I am going to head over to CVS riiiight now! I am so horrible at washing my face at night and I think these bad boys will allow me to take baby steps to doing it on a consistent basis. Thanks so much for sharing!

Have to tried Aveeno Positively Radiant cleanser? omg, I love that stuff and the moisturizer is to die for as well. I’ve been using that everyday in the morning.

Yes, these have been coming in handy on those days I don’t feel like washing my face….as horrible as that sounds. We so have to do better. LOL! And noooo, I haven’t tried Aveeno’s cleanser. Your mini review makes it sound fantastic!

  • These will be in my nightstand by tomorrow morning! I wish there was a toothbrush I could use without getting out of bed. Ever found that one? Maybe not. That sounds kinda gross.

    • Brittany

That would be ah-mazing….gross, yes…but amazing. LOL!
