Remember that time I reviewed the Snugg case for my iPad? Well guess what, cool guys and girls? They have the Snugg case for the iPad Mini.

I just about did cartwheels when I received a press sample of this case. I mean…how cute, right?

Reasonably priced at just $29.99, this Snugg iPad mini Leather Case Cover comes with all of the fixings as her older sister. You’ve got the ‘so durable that it survived an International trip’ cover…

If you really want to test the durability of your iPad case, try traveling with it. If it can survive the tossing, bumping, slipping and dumping that gadgets go through in transit, then honey, you’ve got a good case. Our pal the Snugg here, stood up beautifully and even survived an “almost accident” involving a swimming pool. Don’t ask.

Once you open the case and you’ve got nifty business card slots to the left and the Smart Cover capabilities.

Which will never get old in my book. In my review of the Snug iPad 2 case, I had issues with the front facing camera not lining up correctly. This certainly isn’t a problem with the Mini.

I’ve never understood why iPad cases are so ridiculously expensive but then provide you with zero features and oftentimes aren’t made to last. Considering the Snugg on my iPad 2 has been hangin’ in there since the moment I’ve got it, it’s safe to assume that the Snugg ROCKS in terms of durability. Even with a toddler in the house.

I’m hopin’ Grandmama Clumps isn’t reading this but Mother’s Day is coming up and I’ll be getting a Snugg case for her iPad Air. Surely she’ll love hers as much as I love mine.

My mini has a red leather Yoobao Smart Cover on it. No slots, but it completely covers the corners, which is important to me. I dropped my first iPad (in a cover) onto its corner once and while it still worked, the button was sticky and I had a visible dent to remind me. I’ve been much more careful about covers since then!
