Kat Von D and B: Black liner and tattoos

Kat Von D and I have something in common. We both love tattoos. Yeah, I know…some people are all like, “They are so unprofessional.” OR “They are too permanent. What if you change your mind?” I’ve got 5 tattoos and have yet to regret any of them. I’ve got them all in locations that are concealable and sag-proof.

That sound you hear is probably of my parents weeping. Sorry Mom. Sorry Dad. Your little girl is a rockstar.  And this New Year’s Eve, I’m going to be rockin’ the a super smokey eye. Courtesy of Kat Von D’s Autograph pencil.

Korres10-Color Pencil Kit for only $32? Whoa!

Okay, seriously…I need these eyeliners in my life.

I’m already a mega fan of Korres (I’ve reviewed their mascaras) and I have been hearing nothing but spectacular things about their liners. And these kids are not only 100% natural, infused with jojoba oil and paraben/sulfate-free but you also get TEN full-size pencils for $32. I hope they hold up well on the waterline. But then again, I could also use them on the lower lashline.

Um yeah, I will be running to Sephora.com right now. Cop them quickly, sisters. They can only be found at Sephora for a limited time.

I can’t be the only one lusting after these. Be honest…you want to snag them too, uh?

Urban Decay Primer Potion, the remix

I remember when I first discovered the grand ole’ UDPP. It changed the way I did make-up. The true newbie that was me would apply eye shadow and would be beyond frustrated when I noticed how it would crease and disappear within minutes of stepping outside in Florida’s humidity.

And now I don’t know eye shadow without an eye shadow primer. Which, my darlings, is one of the best investments ever for a make-up lovin’ gal. In the 3 years that I’ve been “in” to make-up, I’ve only purchased three. This stuff seriously lasts forever.

N.Y.C. New York Color’s super pretty palettes

Brands like N.Y.C. New York Color are reasons why I love drugstore beauty buys. Wait for it…

Yes, I know. Let’s all sigh in admiration together. These darling limited-edition for Fall 2010 palettes are just too cute. The question is, how do they show up on brown skin? And just how much do they cost? We know N.Y.C. New York Color is an affordable brand, but are these kids overpriced?

Mascara Monday: L’Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes mascara

L’Oreal’s newest mascara has hit the scene and I can’t even begin to tell y’all how many emails I got about it. You must trust me, darlings. If you see that a new mascara has hit the scene and I have yet to review, trust and believe that a review is in the works. I be on it, mannnn.

Okay, let’s get serious. While I’ve always been a fan of L’Oreal Voluminous (I think it’s better than DiorShow), I didn’t think that L’Oreal could tweak it to make it any better. Unless, of course they changed the formula to make it less thick. Which, of course, would mean…lesser or no chances of clumping.

The mascara crew at L’Oreal listened to my inner thoughts and viola—Million Lashes was born. Is it a winner?

Make-up at Blogalicious + cute kids

As a beauty blogger, sometimes I feel like I HAVE to wear make-up at events where I am representing Clumps of Mascara. Beauty blogger=she must wear make-up all of the time, right? Wrong. I may don a face of make-up 3 times a week tops. But because I was out and about meeting with fellow bloggers, I wanted to look jazzy and so here’s what I was rockin’…

That’s my little cousin B. Yep, he’s a B too. Silliest boy ever.
