The Most Delicious Food Subscription Box – Love with Food

Love with Food

I snack. I’m not ashamed of this. I struggle with dropping this postpartum weight, yes, but I will never give up my snacks. It’s just not gonna happen. I got the opportunity to review the Love with Food box subscription box of snacks and I just about fell over. I looooove me a subscription box. And especially one surrounding snacks. I mean, look at this…

It Cosmetics Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara

It Cosmetics mascara

These mascara names are getting longer and longer. It cracks me up. Any It Cosmetics fans in the house? Do yourself a favor and try their brushes. You know I am soooo for drugstore brushes (hey EcoTools!) but it’s hard not to spend my entire paycheck on their brushes. They’re just that fabulous.

Oh yeah…you came here for a review of the It Cosmetics Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara. Not their brushes.

Onward, we go. Please don’t laugh at my pictures. I tried to make them all funky and look comic book’y. Work with me here, dear friends.

6 Mugs, Water Bottles and Tumblers That Will Make You Squeal

Bottles

If you roll up to my crib and ask for something to drink, said beverage will probably be in a mason jar. I have a thing for mason jars. I put everything in ’em (helllooooo fridge oats) and I just love how cute they make everything look. When I’m not entertaining folx and treating myself to green smoothie, tea or ice water, chances are they’ll be housed in a mug, tumbler or water bottle.

And so, this is PERFECT timing for a Shopbop sale. I mean, when isn’t there a good time for a Shopbop sale? Tell me how much you love these…

Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara review

Marc Jacobs mascara

Yeeeep, that’s a mouthful, ain’t it? I don’t think I’ve ever featured Marc Jacobs anything on Clumps of Mascara and is a darn shame, because I actually really like the brand. Their nail polishes are absolutely wonderful. Granted, it’s the packaging that I go gaga over, but shoot…I love me a higher-end brand that makes me feel all fancy when I’m using their products. Marc Jacobs is IT.

That said, I had been meaning to try this mascara for quite some time and I finally swooped by Sephora a month ago to test drive it. Like many higher-end mascaras, I had high hopes for it because well, it’s a $26 mascara. You’d have high hopes for it too, am I right?

My Blacklane Experience

Blacklane

Flying. I’m hitting the airport at least a half dozen times each year. It was about double pre-kids and now that I’ve got two babes in tow, it’ll be quite a while before I travel with both. Have you ever seen parents with more than one kid in the airport? Everyone is flustered. I’m not ready for it yet but when the time hits, I will definitely be using Blacklane.

I’m Not the Best Parent

Kid at Whole Foods

Well. I’m not. Is that a surprise? I hope not. Nothing makes me feel this more than when EB says ‘You’re not being nice, mommy.”

One should never be that touched by what a 3-year old says but sheesh, raising this girl has proved to be well, uh…a challenge. And you know what? That DOES surprise me because I thought I would rooooock in this parenting thing. I thought that since I had so many siblings and was a nanny, babysitter, teacher and mentor to children that raising them would come fairly easy to me. Lies, y’all. All kinds of lies.
