I know you’re probably going to call me names and whatnot. I’m ready for it. But guess what? I was never into My Little Pony. Somehow I’ve managed to give birth to a little girl who is totally into all pink everything, My Little Pony, tutus glitz and a whole ‘lot of glitter and shimmer. I can only give her the latter two since I looooove glitter.
However, the geniuses at China Glaze are giving us a My Little Pony collection. Elle screeched and in honor of the collection, I let her pick out the shades that I swatched. So these are her top favorites!
She’s A Mane-ia is a notch under hot pink. It’s fierce matte!
Cutie Marks the Spot is a mint green that would make for a delicious creamy green mint.
Songbird Serenade is a glossy black with amber micro shimmer.
I Just Canterlot is a purple jelly with holographic shimmer.
Best Ponies Forever is a true gold. Almost opaque with one coat.
Sweet As Pinkie Pie is a baby pink…my daughter’s favorite kind of pink. And mama’s least favorite.
Hay Girl Hay is a gold/turquoise micro-shimmer. Nooooow we’re talkin’.
Applejack of My Eye is a raspberry pink. I love shades like this.
Let Your Twilight Sparkle is a blue/purple micro shimmer.
This is a limited edition collection so if you spot it where ever China Glaze polishes are sold, snag it ASAP. Each bottle retails for $7.50.
Are you a My Little Pony lover?

I didn’t like My Little Pony back in the day. But I like most of these. I have the sample size of Cutie Marks the Spot, I Just Canterlot, & Hay Girl Hay. I’ve only used Hay Girl Hay so far. It looked like a plain white sparkle in the bottle, but it’s not. I love it! Can’t wait to use the others!
You’ve got the best ones! You will definitely get good use out of them. Hay Girl Hay totalllllly surprised me, too.
