Girl. It was 62 degrees this morning in Orlando, Florida. I can’t.even. I really don’t know how you people with actual winters deal with it. I just don’t get it. Snow? Ice? Huge coats and boots and scarves, dry skin and brittle hair? No gracias. Florida bugs me for many reasons but I am a tropical weather girl through and through. That doesn’t mean my skin doesn’t get beat up by even a little chill, though. And so…yours truly has her winter weather beauty thangs on deck.
Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask ($26, here)
I only have a sample of this but my goodness, I may need to purchase the full-size version. I used it last night and woke up to insanely moisturized skin. I’ve been wanting to get on the sleeping mask train all year and here I am, y’all!
Darshana Shampoo & Conditioner ($26, here)
I’ve been on the Darshana train for quite some time and when I was gifted their shampoo and conditioner, I was elated! I just chopped off all of my hair (yes, again…) and I love how this shampoo and conditioner moisturizes my super short hair. If you’ve tried and loved their oil, you’ll LOVE these babies.
The Body Shop Argan Oil Body Butter
The Body Shop made me all weepy and gave me a tub of Body Butter with my name on it. I mean, come oooooon. How sweet is THAT? My skin loves thick buttuhs (I mean, I’ll use them year round) and having a tub that you can customize for the holidays? Too.cute. Get more deets on how you can personalize your own Body Butter.
It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Cream ($48, here)
I am new to the eye cream game. This one is officially my first REAL eye cream and I’ve been using it regularly. Emollient enough to really sink into the the drier areas under my eyes, I’m also finding that it’s making that area so incredibly smooth. Do I look 14 years old yet?
It Cosmetics Je Ne Sais Quois Hydrating Color Awakening Lip Treatment ($24, here)
Because once you know about this, it’s really hard to play around with anything else. I love my Hero Salve but for daily use under lipsticks? This stuff is absolutely fantastic.
Darshana Hair Oil ($18, here)
I will never not love Darshana’s Hair Oil. I don’t even use other hair oils. Coconut what? NOPE. While I find myself grabbing for those throughout all seasons, I know the blend of oils will be especially helpful during the winter months.
Origins High Potency Night-A-Mins Mineral-Enriched Renewal Cream ($43, here)
That’s a long name for what’s simply a night cream. I promised myself I wouldn’t purchase another one until my current one ran out. And so it did. I’ve been using this for less than a week and I’m hooked. Pleasant scent, creamy and promises of a younger looking complexion? SOLD!
MILK MAKEUP Hero Salve ( $20, here)
I’ve bragged about this before (I literally get my BEST beauty finds at Disney Springs) and I’m still on my same tub. This stuff literally lasts forever and while it could be used on dry spots all over the skin, I find it works best on super dry lips. I use it in the morning and at night.
Shea Moisture Weightless Shea Serum Foundation ($15, here)
I know, I know. I am mostly a powder foundation, girl. I just prefer minimal coverage without the “foundation” feeling but if there’s one foundation that hydrates my skin AND doesn’t make me feel like I’m wearing 291 lbs on my face, it’s this.
Jurlique Activating Water Essence ($55, here)
I’m a K-beauty junkie and their skincare practices mean hydration, hydration, hydration. An essence is just another step to my skincare routine but splashing this on my skin after my toner and before my serum means my skin is incredibly moisturized. It’s super pricey but it was a great purchase.
And if you’re too lazy to read all of that, I did a video. My first video in almost a year, y’all. Are you proud of me?
