Fall is right around the corner and yours truly couldn’t be more excited. I always look forward to Summer until well, it gets here. Summer in Florida is like…not pleasant. Not even a little bit. I welcome the cooler breezes and lower AC bills. I welcome the changing of leaves and prepping for the holidays. Fall nail polish collections? LOVE THEM! They’re pretty typical for the most part but I love the richer shades. Zoya Focus is part I of Zoya’s Fall collection. Stay tuned for Flair!
Hannah is a red that while lovely, I feel has been done before. That doesn’t mean I love it any less. It’s a classic red and it’s one of those reds that I couldn’t wear as a child. Take that, mama!
Sia is a beautiful royal blue that I can’t get enough of. I don’t think Zoya has given us a blue like this so I’m thinking it’s a perfect fit to their lineup.
Charli is one of those funky shades that I’m learning to appreciate. This taupe has a hit of army green in it and it’s really one of those shades that you’ll love or hate. I think I’m loving it.
Lidia is rich eggplant cream and it’s my favorite color of the bunch. This could be because I adore a person named Lidia but there’s really nothing more perfect than a purple cream. If you don’t get any other shade, you should definitely snag this one.
Janel is a deep red cream and I love it more than Hannah but I don’t think we need two similar reds in one collection. Still, if you had to pick one over the other, Janel will probably work better if you aren’t a fan of super vibrant reds. This one has a bit more berry in it.
Desiree is a classic sable brown and I’m still on the fence about how I feel about brown polishes in general. I probably say this every time a brown polish crosses my path, but it’s true. I don’t know what to make of them. My opinions of them against my skin are really very neutral. I don’t hate it though because I love the color brown so hmmmm, what do you think?
When it comes to deep and opaque creams, Zoya rules! I love every single one of these – although many of them aren’t fairly unique. It’s a stellar Fall collection that is making me yearn for the season but 2 variations of red/berry probably isn’t needed. My favorite is definitely Lidia. Sia is a stunning blue and definitely one worth snagging if you don’t own a blue that bright. Charli is fantastic and a brown like Desiree is unusual but definitely worth try.
What do you think? Are you a fan of this collection of stunning creams? You can purchase this collection here for $9/bottle or $54 for the entire collection.
Disclosure: I received a press sample of these polishes for my review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
